Job Summary

Own Dialpad Channel Programs’ technical enablement for the partner ecosystem, designing and delivering hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ. Build and maintain lab environments and technical playbooks, manage Docebo LMS certification content, and deliver Capstone grading for CDP 2.0 tracks. Partner with sales, SE, PSO, and product teams to translate the roadmap into partner-ready training and measure event-to-pipeline ROI.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
•Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
•Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series and drive marketing launch coordination for event attendance and registration.
•Develop lab guides, set up and maintain hands-on lab environments, and create technical playbooks across product families.
•Own technical LMS content in Docebo and deliver Capstone certification grading, validation, and bi-annual recertification.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,400 - 122,200 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
•Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms (Dialpad product knowledge is a plus).
•Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
•Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
•Excellent project management and the ability to track outcomes like pipeline attribution, survey results, and certification completion.
