Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee preparation and documentation of job requisitions aligned with workforce plans and business objectives.
  • •Guide project management strategies and coordinate delivery activities with Section Heads and Project Leads.
  • •Manage multiple projects by monitoring progress, ensuring completion, and aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
  • •Manage cost vs. budget on a periodic basis and oversee related financial reporting/data.
  • •Oversee compliance, change requests impacts, communication plans, and contractor mitigation execution to maintain schedule and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering/Construction
  • •12-15+ years of experience with 8+ years in a senior leadership/project lead role managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and teams
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • •Construction/project delivery experience including statutory & regulatory/quality compliance requirements
  • •Experience with project programming software and reporting tools (Primavera preferred; MS Office, PowerPoint, Power BI)
