Associate Director - Projects

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple real estate projects for Dubai Holding Real Estate. Own project requisition documentation, guide project management strategy, and oversee progress, cost vs. budget, change requests, compliance, and risk management. Coordinate with section heads, project leads, and contractors to maintain schedule alignment, support commercial activities, and prepare turnover documentation.
