Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths and weaknesses and drive improvement opportunities.
  • •Engage the team with coaching, feedback, and performance management while setting clear expectations and performance measures.
  • •Review and approve incoming inventory defects; train associates on quality control standards and minimize re-checks and rework.

Key Requirements
