Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensure stockroom standards and processes support safe, efficient operations.
  • •Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction while using metrics to support business-driving strategies.

Key Requirements
