Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the quality improvement cycle for theatrical experiences by monitoring customer feedback, ratings, and operational challenges and coordinating actions to improve guest experience.
  • •Continuously improve documentation and processes supporting development and scaling, including project plans, production guidelines, launch checklists, reporting, and knowledge-sharing tools.
  • •Project-manage cross-functional initiatives such as cost-optimization projects and new program creation to improve efficiency, scalability, and commercial performance.
  • •Contribute to business planning for new and existing concepts.
  • •Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps, while building relationships with local teams and external partners.

Key Requirements
