Key Responsibilities

•Set strategic vision with executive management and define the roadmaps needed for cryptography future-proofing across Hyperforce.
•Partner with application teams, compliance/legal stakeholders, and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure cryptographic primitives scale and meet regulatory requirements.
•Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver platform service contracts, multi-quarter roadmaps, and unblock cross-cloud execution while managing technical tradeoffs.
•Own delivery of platform products and services through planning, delivery, and iteration, including migration playbooks for algorithm deprecation mandates.
•Build and ship production-grade platform features using modern product practices with AI as part of day-to-day workflow, including orchestrating programs for engineering and compliance workflows.
