Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the Client360 product portfolio strategy, including roadmap definition and delivery of strategic outcomes.
  • •Develop market insight by evaluating industry trends, client needs, and evolving advisor/partner workflows.
  • •Create new product planning elements such as value proposition, business case, and marketing mix model.
  • •Partner with technology, data, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Client360 capabilities and improve data consistency and usability.
  • •Measure product success using post-launch audits, P&L, metrics, and KPIs, and recommend improvements to promotional programs.
