Job Summary

Lead customer engineering installation and support across your district by building and maintaining customer relationships and directing customer engineers. Own escalation procedures, RMA processes, customer engineer hours tracking, and installation planning and reporting, including pre-facility and start-up meetings. Act as the prime interface with product divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability), manage account planning and financial forecasting, and monitor mentor and CSD award programs.

•Maintain customer relationships across all relevant individuals in the district and perform regular customer visits.
•Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including salary planning, career planning, corrective actions, and performance appraisals.
•Serve as the prime interface with product divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and monitor escalation and related procedures.
•Handle system installation activities: planning, reporting, execution, pre-facility meeting, start-up meeting, and process support identification.
•Run RMA procedures and manage Customer Engineer effectiveness and hours tracking accuracy, including cross-checking and corrective actions.
