  • •Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including salary planning, career planning, corrective actions, and performance appraisals.
  • •Serve as the prime interface with product divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and monitor escalation and related procedures.
  • •Handle system installation activities: planning, reporting, execution, pre-facility meeting, start-up meeting, and process support identification.
