Principal Product Development Manager

Lead the end-to-end development, innovation, and optimization of a diverse product portfolio across the full lifecycle—from concept and validation to launch, enhancement, and retirement. Define and execute product roadmaps aligned to clinical standards and market demand, oversee product governance and artifacts, and ensure regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements are met. Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, marketing, sales, technology, and compliance while tracking performance metrics and delivering insights to leadership.
