Key Responsibilities

•Support provider recruitment by identifying, outreach to, and engaging dental practices in priority markets.
•Assist in executing provider contracts, including coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and supporting negotiations.
•Build and maintain strong provider relationships post-contracting, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for participating practices.
•Help onboard new providers, ensuring they understand Clover processes, expectations, and resources.
•Track recruitment pipeline activity and maintain accurate records of provider outreach and contracting status.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have 5 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, sales, account management, or network development (dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required).

•Can manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate tracking of work.
•Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building new processes.
