Key Responsibilities

•Lead project work across design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey projects.
•Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of structural engineering work in line with technical, commercial and regulatory standards and schedules.
•Maintain ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients.
•Manage stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
•Provide technical and delivery guidance to the team and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; RPEQ qualified or close to completion
•8-12 years of Australian industry experience on medium/large commercial building projects
•Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance – Australian Citizens only
•Familiar with ETABS, RAM Concept and Microstran
•Solid consultancy experience with client-facing delivery and mentoring of junior engineers
