Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive cash or authorized payment methods, issue receipts/bills, and reconcile cash/credit receipts with sales figures while preparing a daily cash summary for the Accountant.
  • •Safeguard cash and relevant documents and deposit cash/cheques in the bank everyday to protect company funds.
  • •Answer phone calls and customer queries professionally to provide efficient customer service and enhance the company’s image.
  • •Monitor petty cash use, authorize payments only for approved items/emergency miscellaneous purchases, and submit accounts periodically for Store Manager/Deputy Floor Manager verification.
  • •Keep count of customer traffic into the shop and compile relevant daily information.
