Estimator II

Develop accurate, competitive estimate packages to support bids and pursue major opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales and technical teams. Own inquiry/RFQ understanding and translation into compliant scope, materials, subcontractor proposals, and labor effort across disciplines. After solution design, produce cost-effective BMS and Fire & Security estimates, manage bid processes, and create detailed bills of materials with risk analysis to meet required timelines.
