Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top, diverse candidates across Capco domains.
  • •Partner with business and practice leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and technical skill profiles.
  • •Source, screen, and assess candidates through channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter/Hiring Assistant, Boolean research, and referrals.
  • •Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to onboarding.
  • •Maintain recruitment metrics, insights, and data integrity while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
  • •Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders to deliver hiring strategy and results.
  • •Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital).
  • •Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
