Job Summary

Lead full-cycle, high-volume technical recruiting across Capco’s Canadian business in domains spanning banking, insurance, capital markets, wealth/asset management, and energy. Partner with business and practice leaders to define hiring needs and technical profiles, sourcing and assessing candidates via job boards, social channels, and LinkedIn tools. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, maintain recruitment metrics and compliance, and support programs for new grads and internship/co-op hiring.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top, diverse candidates across Capco domains.
•Partner with business and practice leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and technical skill profiles.
•Source, screen, and assess candidates through channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter/Hiring Assistant, Boolean research, and referrals.
•Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to onboarding.
•Maintain recruitment metrics, insights, and data integrity while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
•Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
•Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders to deliver hiring strategy and results.
•Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital).
•Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
