Design and build full-stack web applications for a high-volume customer service and collections environment, partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams. Support the entire software lifecycle—design, development, testing, implementation, and production support—while improving performance, reliability, and usability for associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build web applications that support customer service and collections associates in a high-volume call center environment.
•Develop responsive, intuitive UIs and middle-layer services integrating with enterprise systems, including Alfa loan accounting.
•Build and maintain APIs and integration services connecting the web application to backend systems and third-party services.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to translate servicing/collections processes into tools and workflows.
•Support the full software lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation, and production support) and continuously improve performance, usability, and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,800 - 133,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•3+ years building full-stack web applications with modern front-end UIs and API/middle-tier services.
•Proficiency with Angular (Angular 17+ with Angular Material) and C#/.NET 8+ for backend services and BFF patterns.
•Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs that integrate with enterprise systems.
•Working knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and secure coding practices for sensitive data/PII.
