Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer satisfaction and feedback, including providing short services across departments and supporting beauty classes.
  • •Maintain stock availability and replenishment efficiency, including inventory on schedule and carrying out inventories.
  • •Ensure operational compliance and routines, including key retail figures and daily KPI tracking (conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, and number of services).
  • •Keep the sales floor fully stocked and execute product presentation according to visual merchandising specifications.
  • •Handle daily operations such as cleaning the sales floor and operating the cash register.

Key Requirements

  • •Comparable experience or strong interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
  • •First experience in retail and advising/dealing with customers.
  • •Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
  • •Fluent in English or a native language of the country.
  • •Personal qualities such as being communicative, reliable, organized, and having a team spirit.
