Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Enterprise/Majors accounts in Western Canada region.
•Recruit, retain, develop and coach a team of regionally focused skilled SEs.
•Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
•Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce.
•Collaborate with the regional sales director to build strong relationships with account teams in Western Canada.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 203,000 - 251,300 annually
