Contract Specialist

Own the law department’s global contract operations program by managing the contract lifecycle and Ironclad CLM workflows. Establish template governance, maintain approved clause/template inventories, administer users and permissions, and run audits to ensure contract and metadata quality. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements, support integrations, prepare and review UAT test scripts, and drive adoption with change-management materials while helping scale the platform’s capabilities.
