Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, control, and direct operational resources to coordinate execution of service agreements and repair work within financial standards.
  • •Dispatch and assign team members to projects and coordinate scheduling of personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on needs, skill sets, and availability.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and the HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls and HVAC technicians.
  • •Interact with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed to support operations and job completion.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and generating work orders and required project reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year of related experience, or 3 years of related experience with HS Diploma/GED.
