Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the design of innovative and progressive solutions from the onset of a project, reconciling client goals and priorities with design excellence.
  • •Direct material and building system design and participate in coordinating and preparing project specifications.
  • •Apply CDM Safety in Design principles throughout all design stages of a project.
  • •Organise own and others’ work to meet deadlines and ensure projects are completed on time and to client requirements.
  • •Provide design leadership, ensure multi-disciplinary coordination, and uphold AECOM’s Technical Excellence standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully Qualified Architect (ARB Registered) with proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably in infrastructure
  • •Degree qualification, preferably Diploma or Masters, though not absolutely essential
  • •IT literate with knowledge of CAD software (Bentley Mircostation/Aecosim, AutoCAD & REVIT) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • •Ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines with a clear work history and proof of professional development
  • •Experience with coordinating design documentation and ensuring quality to meet technical excellence standards
