Key Responsibilities

•Provide guidance to employees and management on the implementation of corporate EH&S policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
•Drive compliance with regulatory and permit requirements through oversight of compliance calendars, standard work, and accurate reporting.
•Partner with line organization to implement EH&S programs, enhancing awareness and performance against established goals.
•Lead initiatives to promote a safe, injury-free workplace environment.
•Conduct risk assessments with relevant stakeholders and recommend appropriate risk control measures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5–7 years of relevant EH&S experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
•Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
•Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
•Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and EH&S compliance standards.
