MEP Construction Manager, Hotel Construction Projects

Lead MEP construction management on hotel and mixed-use projects, coordinating electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and hotel-specific systems from design through commissioning. Ensure compliance with project specifications, hospitality brand standards, and Mexican norms; manage day-to-day site activities, align with hotel operations, and drive on-time delivery and opening readiness. Collaborate with international operators, manage risk, QA/QC, and oversee commissioning and handover to operations.
