Job Summary

Drive strategic customer engagement for the oCHRO Strategic Customer Engagement (SCE) team by proactively partnering with customers, supporting renewals for strategic accounts, and resolving product-related concerns. Identify and cultivate customer references, communicate oCHRO strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders, and run initiatives (workshops and outreach) that introduce new features and projects. Requires strong knowledge of Workday HCM/Compensation and recruiting.
