Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model and helping run day-to-day store operations. Support merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, stockroom activities, and POS system management to create a seamless shopping experience. Work with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador, stay current on product collaborations and launches, and follow Crocs policies including asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.
