Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax standards aligned to experience level.
  • •Perform automotive services ranging from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • •Complete multi-point inspections and document findings and completed work accurately.
  • •Repair or replace vehicle components such as trim, seals, and panels to support reconditioning.
  • •Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area while collaborating to meet production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic to intermediate experience in automotive repair, including engines, brakes, suspension, or HVAC systems.
