Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with account executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • •Provide bespoke support to technical customer contacts and prospective customers by architecting solutions.

  • •Develop technical enablement resources to improve the sales team’s technical fluency.
  • •Build self-service tools and documentation and identify integration patterns to work with product teams to productize.

Key Requirements
