Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain hands-on lab scenarios and technical content (YAML- and Markdown-based) reflecting real-world use cases.
  • •Script and automate parts of the training environment (Bash/Python) and troubleshoot the delivery platform (e.g., Instruqt, LMS).
  • •Help design and deliver training sessions, demos, and workshops, taking ownership of smaller sessions over time.
  • •Write clear, concise courseware and technical instructions aligned to learning outcomes using instructional design basics.
  • •Use AI coding/agent clients (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or equivalents) to build labs, write scripts, and draft content faster while verifying outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •A working understanding of core DevOps and cloud-native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on comfort scripting in at least one language (Bash or Python) and working with YAML/Markdown.
