Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish operations strategic direction for the MVCA product line and cascade objectives across the workforce.
  • •Lead SIOP and forecasting; monitor performance to objectives and implement tactical changes.
  • •Drive continuous improvement (CIF and ELSS) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost; promote innovation.
  • •Select, develop, and manage staff, including supervisors and the PL team; administer performance management and daily accountability.
  • •Deploy the MESH Safety Program and lead corrective action for production issues; manage resources, inventory, manufacturing schedules, and key metrics; ensure required documentation/system transactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management/technology, or business from an accredited institution.
  • •7+ years of strategic manufacturing and operations experience with leadership responsibility.
  • •Relocate to Asheville (Arden), NC (relocation assistance provided if needed).
  • •Must not require Eaton employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •Master’s degree and/or knowledge of medium voltage control assemblies (Medium Voltage Control and Medium Voltage Drives) are preferred.
