Job Summary

Drive BJAK’s Taiwan growth by translating strategic priorities from the CEO Office into fast, accountable execution. Own workstreams spanning market entry and business planning, regulatory coordination and licensing support, and insurer partnerships and distribution negotiations. Partner closely with product and engineering teams to enable go-to-market execution and platform integrations, while establishing operating processes, cadence, reporting, and cross-functional alignment in a high-intensity environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and execution of Taiwan market strategy and contribute to the business plan across regulatory setup, partnerships, distribution, and growth.
•Support regulatory licensing and approvals for the Taiwan insurance market, coordinating with legal and compliance to meet local requirements.
•Develop insurer and ecosystem partner relationships, support negotiations for commercial partnerships, distribution agreements, and integration arrangements.
•Enable go-to-market execution by supporting platform development with product and engineering teams, including features, integrations, and customer journeys.
•Establish operating processes, cadence, and reporting structures; represent the group with stakeholders and support team culture focused on ownership and execution.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies; regulated insurance experience is a plus.
•Highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, adaptive, high-intensity environments.
•Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
•Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
•Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus.
