Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the right quality standards.
  • •Support project governance by establishing project processes and systems and ensuring key information is shared and retained.
  • •Interface with stakeholders across executive management, project team, consultants, and vendors; help coordinate the flow of project information.
  • •Maintain issues/actions logs, attend relevant meetings, and support development of detailed project plans through status meetings and close-out of open items.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting and prepare reports for multiple audiences, including executive dashboards and proposal support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • •Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite; corporate interiors/tenant improvement experience is a plus.
