Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage product development efforts for tactical communications programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to customers.
  • •Interact and interface with External Customers to coordinate requirements, reviews, and demonstrations.
  • •Participate in the systems development lifecycle, including trade studies, system design, requirements definition, allocation, traceability, integration, verification and qualification.
  • •Manage Program Schedule and Cost Performance (SPI/CPI) for small to medium sized programs and assist in generating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Collaborate across engineering disciplines to execute program milestones and present data to customers and executive leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •2+ Years experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation.
  • •1+ Years of proven leadership of large-scale programs throughout the full development lifecycle, with strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, SAFe Agile) and financial tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
