Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own full-stack (MERN) solutions for GenAI applications, including POC hands-on development.
  • •Lead solutioning on behalf of clients and act as technology owner for large programs.
  • •Handle architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of innovative solutions.
  • •Define and ensure team deliveries meet non-functional requirements and schedules; troubleshoot coding/design issues.
  • •Devise and document best-fit solutions, including system integration and platform integration.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience and proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions with system/platform integration.
  • •Expertise in full-stack solution design using MERN (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript) and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
  • •Hands-on experience with GenAI, including RAG-related technologies, middleware, and open-source integrations.
  • •Strong database design and update skills, including MySQL, plus search/knowledge tools such as ElasticSearch and MarkLogic.
  • •Life sciences domain knowledge (pharma and R&D) and the ability to lead architecture and documentation of best-fit solutions.
