Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment planning and execution for a major cards product launch and portfolio conversion, including migration from one TSYS platform to a target TSYS platform.
  • •Own the integrated deployment plan and coordinate workstream runbooks, cutover activities, dependencies, readiness assessments, and execution across internal teams and external vendors.
  • •Plan and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, production cutovers, and operational readiness activities for successful implementation.
  • •Coordinate production product launch activities such as pilot execution, customer rollout, and deployment of new product features on the target platform.
  • •Drive deployment governance, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications throughout production implementation and conversion delivery.

Key Requirements
