Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct/record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds and warehouse maintenance tasks (including snow removal, forklift/loader work), and report safety issues or maintenance needs.

Key Requirements
