Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CM governance by maintaining up-to-date information on CMTs and ensuring compliance with manuals, training, drills, exercises, Local Crisis Center Checks, and activations, including After Action Reports.
  • •Coordinate regional crisis management meetings, trainings, and exercises by proposing topics, assisting/presenting information, and supporting administrative post-activity reporting.
  • •Deliver crisis management awareness and communications, including Prepared @ Airbus content, promoting CM culture, and training users for the Emergency Mass Notification tool.
  • •Evaluate current events and potential crises using open-source resources and/or internal tools, assess potential impact, and trigger partner action as needed.
  • •Support additional responsibilities including Family Care program implementation, cyber resilience support, and collaboration with Product Safety.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.25 - 41.39 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree required.
  • •Must be currently located in the DC Metro area.
  • •2+ years of experience in Crisis Management, Emergency Management, or Emergency Response required.
  • •2+ years of program management experience required (2+ years preferred).
  • •Ability to work in the US without current, or future, need for visa sponsorship/work authorization is required.
