•Own the learning platform strategy and roadmap (LMS/LXP), including rollout and platform product-style enhancements
•Design and deliver end-to-end async-first learning programs spanning onboarding, leadership development, and AI upskilling
•Partner with GTM, People Ops, G&A, and Engineering to understand needs and deliver scalable platform solutions
•Define success metrics, analyze platform data, and report outcomes to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement
•Lead cross-functional initiatives and enable teams to embed learning into day-to-day work

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement, with ownership of programs or platforms from scoping through launch and iteration
•Track record of standing up or evolving an LMS/LXP platform, including configuration and driving adoption across teams
•Ability to independently lead cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, set priorities, and deliver with autonomy
•Experience building async dynamic learning programs (onboarding, leadership development, AI upskilling) with structured journeys
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
