Job Summary

Marketing Associate – Audience supports the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns for Informa’s renewables events portfolio. You’ll help optimize audience targeting, manage multi-channel campaigns, write copy, and support reporting to drive attendee registrations and ROI in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, content, and digital platforms; write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages and touchpoints; assist with event website optimisation and onsite marketing activities; monitor campaign performance and reporting on key metrics like conversion and engagement.
•Develop understanding of customer profiles, personas, and segmentation; support audience targeting using CRM and marketing automation platforms; assist with data segmentation to ensure messaging reaches target audiences.
•Liaise with internal teams, media partners, and external collaborators to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets; support building relationships with media partners and industry associations to extend reach.
•Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise channels and tactics; build knowledge of key marketing platforms and their functionality; assist with testing and learning activities to improve effectiveness.
•Support the delivery of campaigns that drive delegate registration and revenue targets; execute messaging that resonates with target audiences and contributes to KPIs for registration, conversion, engagement and ROI.

•2–3 years B2B marketing experience, ideally with focus on events, conferences, or lead generation

•CRM and email platform proficiency (Eloqua desirable, or Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
•Strong communication and collaboration skills; Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
