Key Responsibilities

  • •As a module owner, define structural and electrical requirements for one or more DRAM modules and integrate them into the overall process in collaboration with unit process and other module owners
  • •Develop and maintain/Improve process module designs including design rules, structural specifications, and electrical specifications (including alternative flows)
  • •Design, execute, and analyze experiments based on electrical characteristics, inline metrics, unit process, and design rules to meet engineering specifications
  • •Use model-based approaches to solve problems and drive technology innovation through process improvement, patents, and technical papers
  • •Monitor and analyze inline/defect/parameter/probe data to address yield issues, improve performance and reliability, expand process margins, reduce cost, and feed results back to product teams

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD degree (Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or Materials Science) or a bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of industry experience
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and electrical characteristic evaluation
  • •Knowledge of materials science and semiconductor process fundamentals
  • •Data analysis skills using JMP, Python, or other data analysis/data engineering software
  • •English communication skills for interpersonal, oral, and written work
