Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the critical link between the S&OP & Commercial functions for Away From Home and Export, to ensure alignment on service levels, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • •Lead the day-to-day management of supply risks and proactively communicate and resolve service issues to help ensure orders are delivered in full and on time.
  • •Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
  • •Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • •Optimise supply chain efficiency through process improvement and management, and the delivery of cost improvement projects.
