Serve as primary banking representative for Commercial Real Estate clients in and around Northern Ohio. Grow and retain a $300M–$500M portfolio, meet annual goals, and develop new business through cross-selling and relationship building. Ensure credit quality standards, perform or support underwriting and credit analysis, and monitor borrower performance. Collaborate with credit and investment real estate specialists to negotiate terms, close transactions, and report sales and credit deterioration. Participate in community activities.

•Serve existing and prospective Commercial Real Estate clients in or around Northern Ohio as primary banking representative.
•Retain and grow a $300M–$500M portfolio and meet annual goals using credit and underwriting support.
•Cultivate new business and cross-sell products/services to deepen client relationships.
•Underwrite or assist with credit needs and ensure credit quality standards are executed.
•Analyze client creditworthiness, negotiate optimal terms, oversee document execution, close transactions, and monitor borrower performance.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance related field, and/or equivalent experience required.
•Minimum of five (5) years of Commercial Real Estate experience with demonstrated business development skills.
•Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence others.
•Strong computer and analytical skills, including credit analysis skills.
•Valid driver’s license and travel, including some overnight stays, are required.
