Key Responsibilities

•Operate, maintain, and administer customer infrastructure solutions to improve operational efficiency, availability, and visibility.
•Plan maintenance activities, design documentation, and standard procedures.
•Provide root cause analysis reports for outages and incidents (ITIL-Problem Management).
•Observe client infrastructure and identify opportunities to improve resiliency, reduce incidents, and automate repetitive tasks.
•Contribute to team documentation and participate in on-call rotations, driving technology roadmaps and best practices.
