Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and handle customer service-related requests, diagnosing and correcting problems involving gas-consuming equipment and controls.
  • •Check, adjust, and repair gas control systems and related electrical components.
  • •Adjust, repair, clean, and install parts on gas-consuming equipment; interchange parts where necessary.
  • •Investigate and make safe any leak complaint.
  • •Assist in on-the-job training of lower classification service technicians and perform duties of lower service department classifications as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 44.27 - 48.11 hourly

  • •Must have met the qualifications of Service C-2.
  • •Maintain an acceptable personal appearance and job knowledge/performance.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures and Company rules.
  • •Ability to make written, legible, accurate reports of all services performed on the customer’s premises.
