Job Summary

Drive product quality improvements for Electromagnetic Warfare systems by eliminating risk and improving reliability across the full lifecycle, with a key focus on PCBA quality. Own product and process requirement execution, partner with production on inspections and test capture, lead RCCA and MRB activities, and analyze product health data to support customer issues and refurbishment. Support change control risk identification and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

•Own elimination of product risk to improve reliability across the product lifecycle, with a focus on PCBA product quality.
•Ensure execution and continuous improvement of product and process requirements, partnering with production on incoming inspection, process control plans, and end-of-line tests.
•Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities for critical PCBA and system-level interactions, and share lessons learned.
•Lead containment actions to segregate non-conforming parts on the production line.
•Analyze product health data to improve outcomes and support customer quality issues, refurbishment testing, and quality control.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
•Working knowledge of AS9100-based Quality Management System requirements.
•Experience with RF and/or electronic systems, with particular experience in PCBA design, development, and sustainment.
•Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, and GD&T for product development.
•Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes, plus experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in complex hardware (e.g., aerospace/defense, automotive, medical device).
