Track shortages and resupply actions, monitor accountability across specified ammunition management systems (SAAS, TAMIS, MHP, NLAC), and prepare Excel and PowerPoint reporting for Class V shipment schedules.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with U.S. Government supply, inventory, and stockpile management for U.S. Army ammunition stocks in USCENTCOM.
•Provide management and asset visibility using specified ammunition management systems (SAAS, TAMIS, MHP, NLAC).
•Identify ammunition shortages and recommend resupply actions while monitoring on-hand stocks and keeping accountability and visibility.
•Track ammunition shipments by air, ground, and sea; troubleshoot Class V schedule shipment issues; provide Excel and PowerPoint stock-level reports.
•Receive, evaluate, and approve/disapprove Ammunition Basic Load (ABL) requests and maintain up-to-date request status; serve as SME for ammunition operations and contingency planning.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Theater/Operational level Conventional Ammunition Management experience, including distribution and accountability of ammunition.
•10 years of technical experience with ammunition management and theater distribution.
•Proficiency operating Standard Army Ammunition System (SAAS), including daily cycles and reports, connectivity, and inventory accountability.
•Knowledge of Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS), Munitions History Program (MHP), and National Level Ammunition Capability (NLAC).
•Must have a current DoD SECRET and be able to obtain a Kuwait work visa.
