Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use laptops/tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and diagnose root causes with real-time data.
  • •Order parts and complete paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment, and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts, and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with a strong working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
