Manage and coordinate plant manufacturing operations or multiple departments to meet cost, profit, and productivity goals. Build production schedules, coordinate across areas, and forecast inventory needs. Oversee asset protection, equipment maintenance, packaging, inventory rotation, and reporting, while ensuring operations follow OSHA, federal/state/local laws, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Formulate long- and short-range business plans and goals for the production area of responsibility.
•Staff and supervise operations through supervisors and lead operators to meet production levels and cost objectives.
•Ensure employees are properly trained and conduct performance reviews according to policy.
•Establish and monitor work center efficiency and quality standards; initiate corrective actions as needed.
•Manage inventory and asset care, including rotation of inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with OSHA and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

•Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
•Minimum two years of experience as a production supervisor or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Preferred experience and knowledge of the organization, culture, and product lines.
