Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with clinical staff to ensure patients receive quality care and service support.
  • •Schedule/confirm appointments, place outbound calls for follow-ups, and collect patient intake forms while maintaining patient files/notes.
  • •Perform insurance benefit checks and authorization, and provide first-level patient support including check-in/out and processing payments.
