Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across Global Finance & Accounting.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to optimize processes, strengthen governance, and deliver operational efficiencies through technology and best practices.
  • •Develop Power Platform solutions, including KPI reporting, dashboards, and low-code process digitization.
  • •Generate actionable business insights using strong analytics, KPI management, KPI design, visualization, and trend/performance measurement.
  • •Identify, implement, and support AI use cases to improve productivity, quality, compliance, and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Two years of experience in Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Process Automation, and Digital Transformation.
  • •Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem for analytics and automation.
  • •Experience leveraging Microsoft technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions to improve business processes and generate actionable insights.
  • •Strong data analytics capability, including data extraction/validation, KPI design, visualization, and root-cause analysis using Excel and related tools.
