Join the field team to deliver technical solutions for customers adopting Astronomer’s DataOps platform powered by Apache Airflow. Implement Astronomer software and services, guide complex customers through their Airflow journey, and act as the core interface between Customer, Sales, and Product. You’ll work hands-on with Kubernetes-based deployments, distributed systems, and cloud-native data architecture while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement Astronomer’s software and services at the core of large enterprise organizations.
•Guide the company’s largest and most complex customers through their Apache Airflow journeys.
•Act as the core interface between Customer, Sales, and Product to solve customer pain points and deliver value.
•Deliver world-class technical solutions to customer and prospect business problems using Apache Airflow-centered use cases.
•Work hands-on in environments frequently without access to a GUI, using terminal/CLI workflows.

Key Requirements

•Strong Kubernetes experience (GKE/EKS/AKS or OpenShift preferred).
•Expertise in at least one programming language and ability to read code.
•Good understanding of network complexities and architectures.
•Experience setting up and troubleshooting distributed systems and complex SaaS infrastructure at scale.
•Experience with at least one major cloud provider API/tooling and work effectively with git.
