  • •Drive technology roadmap projects by coordinating advanced research, coupon pilot line, process and equipment engineering, quality/reliability, and manufacturing.

  • •Plan and prioritize production-line experiments, manage WIP allocation, and oversee experiment planning based on risks, scope, and timelines.

Salary: USD 131,200 - 187,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Science.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in process integration, process development, or reliability testing.
  • •Experience in PV or semiconductor/thin-film/electronics-related industries, including thin film deposition and thermal processes with process control.
  • •Strong statistical process optimization and data analysis skills (Multivariate Analysis, Regression Analysis, DOE) and experience with statistical software (JMP preferred).
  • •Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including Root Cause Analysis, and experience with processes control strategy development, implementation, and optimization.
